Terms of Service
1. Corporate Structure and Governing Law
The Metal Roof Pros is a DBA of SoCal Wholesale Roofing, Inc. These Terms of Service, along with all contractual agreements, project scopes, and digital interactions, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
2. Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to our wholesale pricing models, structural installations, factory-direct material distribution, or remote satellite quoting services must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of Los Angeles, California. Both parties explicitly waive any objections to personal jurisdiction or venue within these boundaries.
3. Remote Satellite Estimation and Accuracy
By submitting your separate first name, last name, email, and property address through our digital interface, you explicitly grant permission to execute remote geographic analysis and pull 3D satellite measurements of your roof structure. Quoting figures generated remotely are dependent upon third-party imaging parameters; final binding material orders and labor scopes are formally verified on-site during structural preparation.
